Further details about the organization can be found at: https://corusinternational.org What You'll Do: You will be responsible for overall support of Lutheran World Relief's (LWR) quilt and kit collection logistics in moving material resources from Ingathering (collection sites) to LWR warehouses.
The Logistics Associate will serve on LWR's Quilt & Kit Ministry Team and have two key responsibilities: 1) Coordinate logistics for LWR's material resources collections, including ensuring appropriate warehousing and domestic transportation logistics of in-kind donations; and 2) Provide material resource project-related data, documentation, and reports for internal tracking.
Location: Baltimore, MD preferred; Remote possible for an exceptional candidate About The Ideal Candidate: You are able to juggle competing priorities for time and attention with grace, flexibility and ease.
You are skilled at piecing together many moving parts and are an excellent and experienced logistics manager.
You have an ability to remain calm while working under pressure and with a wide range of personalities.
You have experience working with church volunteers and managing a detailed database.
You are a team player, creative problem solver and welcome daily work that will make a real difference in the world.
If you are this person, we would love to meet you Requirements: This position requires a minimum of a four-year college degree.
