Typical Work:
Firewall and VPN implementations, routing and switching, wireless network design and deployments, client network discovery and documentation, basic Windows Server, and Active Directory deployments, basic SharePoint, and Office 365 migrations.

Qualifications Required:
Preferred 3 or more years of IT Project work experience
Strong aptitude for Customer Service
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
RELIABLE CAR REQUIRED to perform duties
This role does require time on client sites and in Napa Office (as needed), but when on-site is not needed has the ability to work from home.

Qualifications Preferred (not required):
Certifications: One or more of the following:
Strong Networking (ie. CCNA)
CompTIA (Network+, Security+)
Microsoft Server or Cloud certifications
VMware
Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
Previous MSP experience a plus
Experience with a PSA/RMM is a plus
