Senior Software Engineer (Work At Home Eligible)

Responsibilities

This position will require a team member who is a experienced Database developer, good  communicator, collaborates well with team and work across cross-functional Enterprise teams.

Some sample responsibilities of this position are:

• Helping define and Implementing technical designs for clinical data products
• Creating technical design documents
• Making decisions that will be followed by our Software Engineers
• Helping overseeing and support a team of developers
• Providing technical approach and tools to enable clinical business partners closer to data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 6+ years' experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
• Database and reporting background/ SQL /  Oracle/ Power-BI, Power-Apps and/or Tableau
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, Secure coding and security practices
• Experience with visualization tools
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with business teams in gathering requirements and translating them to detailed design
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced with Database design and development
• Experience with complex technical environments

Additional Information

Work-At-Home Requirements

• WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.  

• Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
