Apex Systems is looking for a QA Analyst for one of our largest clients in South Florida. The ideal candidate will come from a pretty data heavy background and have an understanding of Data Mining, Data Validation, and Data warehousing. In addition they are looking for someone who is a great communicator and can work with both the business and development teams. BASIC PURPOSE: Design, build and maintain software testing and deployment services. Will work the day-to-day with other QA team members, Operations and Development teams to ensure the timely release of quality solutions.

Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow quality assurance procedures, measure and test standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles.
- Test and apply knowledge, value and use of Data Warehouse applications, and closely follow the evolution of business models and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with Data Warehouse teams to promote effective utilization of data as well as tools for analytics relevant to the business needs.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in IT systems and projects across the Enterprise.
