End User Computing Support provides solutions to internal and external customers’ needs by providing computer workstation and mobile device expertise including hardware and software installation, service, incident troubleshooting and support.

Requirements



Prior Education:




  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED




  • 2-year associate degree accepted




  • Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate candidates do NOT qualify





Prior Work Experience:




  • Minimum: 1-year+ work experience




  • Preferred: 1+ years of IT experience preferred but not required




  • Strong desire to learn tech skills like coding, data analysis, networking




  • Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients




  • Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment




  • A natural problem solver




  • Willing to relocate to client location within continental U.S.




  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
