ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
At the direction of the SAP HCM Lead, the role will be responsible for producing and documenting business requirements, designing simple to medium complexity solutions, configuring SAP SuccessFactors to meet business requirements, performing system integration testing, writing user acceptance test scripts, working with business partners to coordinate testing, and troubleshooting production issues. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong business acumen, application domain knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business language. This role will assist the Human Resource team with gap analysis / process definition and system enhancements and will provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests. As a Jr. Analyst you will collaborate with HR business subject matter experts to ensure that projects, enhancements, and incidents are properly prioritized, documented, designed, tested, and implemented, ensuring the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Modules Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, Compensation and Employee Central Benefits
- Provide high-quality end-user support to SAP users
- Understand business requirements and formulate cost-effective, best-in-class solutions to support business needs
- Analyze business processes, develop and implement improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize SAP solution
- Collaborate on solution design and author documentation based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimized business process
- Provide functional guidance to Business Owners during testing cycles and approval process
- Assists customers, improve business processes and document changes required to SAP configuration settings to support business processes.
- Unit test standard transactions and applications.
- Develop functional specifications for Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
- Assist customer in developing test cases, test scripts and test plans
- Assist customer in perform user acceptance testing
- Resolve defects and issues identified by customer in user acceptance testing
- Execute data conversions and provides data validation assistance to customer
- Assists customers anticipate, identify and resolve post go-live issues on any projects
- Update design, configuration and specification documentation and conduct documentation walk through with customers
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting SAP Employee Central and related modules
- Knowledgeable in the software development lifecycle concepts and process
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to comfortably operate in an environment with multiple stakeholders at many levels
- Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify potential issues from multiple perspectives
Desired Qualifications:
- SAP Employee Central certification
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other discipline
- Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central Payroll
- Knowledge of SAP integration protocols, such as, CPI, Integration Center and Point to Point Replication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,383.43 - $120,413.11 per year
