Salary: $30,0000 + commission on new & renewed lease agreements

Who we are: We are a boutique, full-service residential property management company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma looking for a leasing agent to elevate our sales department. With over 200 properties, we market, rent and manage residential properties in the surrounding Green Country area. We are family-oriented, customer-service driven and value the community we are proud to be a part of.

What we need from you:

  • Oklahoma accredited real estate license
  • Highschool GED or Diploma
  • Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Real estate experience
  • Reliable transportation to show properties
  • NO leasing experience necessary!

What you’ll actually do:

  • Lead follow-up: Call, text, and email leads that come in for prospective tenants (that if leased- you’ll get paid on!)
  • Market properties: utilize our online system to advertise new and upcoming listings
  • Lease renewals: Review lease agreements and sign new leases with continuing tenants
  • Property inspections: Walk through properties at lease renewals
  • Comparative market analysis for vacant/occupied properties: researching current rental values for marketing and lease renewals
  • Lease executions: walking tenants through their leases and signing contracts (signed leases you’ll get paid commission on!).
  • Relationship building: Our clients are more than just a transaction, they’re part of the Sandblom Property Management family. You will be a key part of communication with both landlords and tenants.
  • Develop social media Presence: creating/updating digital content for new/returning tenants to know up-to-date information on properties
