Interacts with clients and other departments to constantly improve operational standards and support client needs by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service performance standards; continually evaluating processes and procedures; making recommendations for process improvement and communicating to the client as appropriate; and providing training to clients as needed.
