Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage a department with the goal of maximizing its profitability, stock levels, and operational standards.
• Without proper data analysis, managers may make decisions based on assumptions rather than facts.
• Staying informed about the local market is a vital part of staying competitive in business.
• Foster and encourage Retail Assistants and Team Leaders to work cohesively and elevate the organization's standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• We require applicants with a minimum of two years’ experience in managing retail operations in a fast-paced and high-volume setting.
• Commercial savvy and the skill to adjust in a dynamic milieu are crucial assets.
• Having extraordinary communication skills and the competence to understand the preferences of consumers.
• Manifesting the fortitude to rise above adversity and offer helpful feedback while capably leading a collective.
• Possessing outstanding planning and organizational skills, I have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• I have a proven track record in supporting store management with security and emergency procedures in high-pressure situations.

Salary:

The salary for this role will be based on the candidate's experience and will be equivalent to the compensation offered by other companies in the same industry.
