Job Description: • Develop and implement records management programs for filing. Protection and retrieval of records to assure compliance with state and federal laws. • Conduct an organizational study and evaluate design systems and procedures. • Conduct work simplification and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. • Review forms and reports and confer with the CEO and others about format, distribution and identify problems and improvements. • Interview personnel; and conduct onsite observations to ascertain department functions, work performed and methods, equipment and personnel; used; • Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems. Procedures and/or organizational changes. • Prepare manual reports and procedures according to organizational policy. Design, evaluate, recommend and approve changes of forms and reports. • Design procedures such as organizational change, communications, information flow and methods. • Conduct and represent business analysis along with Engineering teams and Design teams in developing end-to-end system solutions for eCommerce business clients. • Create business cases and business requirements documents along with technical architects and Quality Assurance teams. • Review plans and drive testing requirements in line with business requirements. • Lead scrum teams using agile methodology principles, set priorities, determine constraints and dependencies, define timelines, allocate resources, write detailed functional and test specifications, evaluate design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance and operations, and drive projects to completion. • Location : Chicago, IL, Agoura Hills, CA, San Diego, CA & Boulder, CO
