Position: Business Analyst Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Remote till Covid) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Excellent Communication and problem-solving skill must be a quick thinker, functional contributor. Pharma domain Experience is a MUST to have. Conduct workshops or facilitate regular discussion with end users to bridge the gap between business users and tech team. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques Run workshops and training sessions Generate Product backlog - Onshore -Offshore coordination Skills JIRA, SQL,&Data Modeling techniques (Desirable)
