What You Will Be Doing- Prepare, review and distribute RFIs. Maintain RFI Log.
- Manage submittal log and coordinate submittals and coordination drawings with subcontractors and the Superintendent
- Maintain job files and as-builts.
- Develop and maintain schedule with Superintendent input.
- Complete required tasks daily: Timecards/Attendance Log, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Daily Reports.
- Project coordination, project controls & document control
- Perform important administrative functions for the Project Manager (updating the project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, making phone calls to vendors and suppliers, responding to e-mails and writing progress reports to the project team)
- Serve as the onsite quality manager for assigned trades by verifying subcontractor deliveries meet approved submittal requirements
- Manage, direct, coordinate the subcontractors compliance with the Contract Documents as delegated by the Project Manager
- Cost analysis & cost at completion calculations
- Assist with the scopes of work, bid package development, and help solicit subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, state and federal laws (e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.)

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field of study
- 1+ years of GC-level experience in commercial construction (preferably, with demonstrated experience on projects up to $15 MIL+)
- Proficient with Procore (or similar construction management software)
- Knowledge of building systems (Structural, Envelopes, MEP) and construction methods.
