Your Role
The Complex Automation & Processing team is responsible for the analytical review and processing of complex provider demographic data received from internal and external sources. The Associate Business Analyst will report to the supervisor. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and leverage analytical skills in support of complex processing and the demographic automation process.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Provide basic analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
- Work cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notify management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention
- Assist in defining business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency
- Assist in the development of annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts, and build business cases for new business initiatives (cost/benefit analysis)
- Leverage automation tools and resources to analyze process demographic data
- Identify opportunities for process design changes in automation tools and participate in UAT testing for enhancements
- Provide support for data clean-up projects
- Assist in complex provider demographic processing as needed
- Manage inventory to ensure the department and individual goals are met
- Utilize training and feedback as a tool for upskilling in job area
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires analytical and problem-solving skills
- Requires strong communication skills
- Requires practical experience with excel
- Requires experience with provider demographic data
- Experience in PIMS is not mandatory but is beneficial
