The Staff Accounting Associate is responsible for assisting with general accounting tasks across all functional areas of the business. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily reconciliations of bank deposits
- Daily reconciliations of credit card charges
- Ensure shipping bills are entered with correct accounting code and assigned to appropriate location.
- Process refund receipts and credit memos for all locations
- Monthly count reconciliation
- Record cash and check deposits and monitor daily cash reconciliation
- Other duties as assigned
