About the Role
We are on the hunt for a Growth Manager to help us scale paid acquisition across our growing portfolio of consumer brands. This person will report into our VP of Growth and lead channel strategy for a set of accounts in close collaboration with client and internal growth, creative, and analytics teams. This is a great opportunity to work at scale with dynamic brands in a fast-paced, small team environment.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a seasoned performance marketer who has demonstrated success driving performance advertising outcomes at scale, particularly on paid search & social channels. You bring a proven mastery of at least one channel or platform and fluency across the full ecosystem of performance advertising.
This is a client-facing role that requires a skilled communicator who can present confidently and drive alignment on strategy, process, and expectations. Most importantly, you are a team player with a growth mindset and a passion for your craft.
What you bring to the table:
- Degree from a top school (preferably STEM field, but not a deal-breaker)
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency or in-house role
- Experience buying on platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Google Ads (Search, GUAC, YouTube, etc.), Apple Search Ads, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Expertise in paid search and/or social advertising & experience managing 7-8 figure accounts
- Fluency in modern web & app analytics, measurement frameworks, and tools
- Ability to thrive and be productive in a fully remote work environment
