Manage Greenway Health’s Client Success related data processes and workflow processes. You will drive best practice workflow within Greenways CRM solutions and assist in day-to-day operational functions for our growing Client Success teams.

This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment who has experience working and communicating effectively with other employees. To succeed in this role, the candidate will possess deep analytical experience, experience preparing detailed power point presentations to communicate results, project management skills, analytic aptitude, a “can do” attitude and be driven with a detailed oriented work ethic. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi-task, detail oriented, well organized, and committed to maintaining a high-level of data accuracy and integrity. This role reports within the Chief of Staff organization to the Senior Manager, Transformation PMO.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data gathering, including primary and secondary research, data analysis and reporting for whitespace analysis, sales prioritization, and market research
  • Presentation and communication of findings to interested parties as needed
  • Analysis of client data and results for presentation of findings to Client Success stakeholders and executive teams, as well as other functions within the organization
  • Develop and manage workflow with Greenway CRM and Analytics solution to drive best practice utilization and workflows

Skills & Requirements


  • Bachelors in Business Administration, although other degrees welcome to apply.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1‐2 years of business operations experience
  • Gain sight workflow and automation experience a plus
