The Marketing Analyst is responsible for research functions, including the preparation of reports to assist management in creating and evaluating Bank products and services. Researches and identifies industry trends. Provides support and participates in general marketing projects such as campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that support overall Bank strategies and objectives.
The Marketing Analyst's major duties:
Supports sales and business development activities. Participates in the generation of ideas for targeted sales efforts and marketing programs based on information derived from databases and research. Generate customer prospect lists for various departments (invitation lists, business call lists, etc.) Assist with the development of measurement criteria for sales and marketing programs.
Forecasting and trend analysis. Creating, monitoring and modifying campaigns to render best results.
Prepares tracking reports for management, including sales production results and goals, trending analysis, household and product use measurements, and profitability analysis. Manages reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Assists in the analysis as requested, including the identification of target products and/or markets for special promotions bank wide.
Provides ongoing market research and industry trends. Monitors competition and maintains product/pricing intelligence. Utilize surveys, focus groups and other fact-finding channels to collect information; communicates customer and non-customer perception/attitudes to management.
This position will be housed in THOMASTON, CT.
