Ridgeview Place Senior Living, a 57-bed Assisted Living Facility (ALF) located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking an Activities Director to join our team. Using charismatic energy, you will actively engage residents to participate in activities that promote wellness within our community.
CURRENT NEEDS: FULL TIME
SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000
Job Summary: Utilizing staff, family, volunteers and community resources, the Activities Director plans, develops, coordinates, and maintains an extensive program of activities designed to provide mental, physical, and social stimulation that meets individualized needs, interests, and capabilities of the residents.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of state specific required training/certification, such as the Activity Professional Qualification Course; if not currently obtained, must be obtained within first six months of employment.
- Demonstrates leadership abilities.
- Excel in time management and ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining an organized schedule.
- Able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
