The Digital Marketing & Sales Experience CoE is a global team, accountable for supporting the network to realize full value from the firm’s investment in Salesforce. The team uses insight and analytics to understand ways of working and drives consistent marketing and sales best practices to support enablement and adoption of the CRM technologies. Also leads enhancements and innovations of the existing technologies to deliver business led platform expansion as determined by future investments.

+ Understanding of the Salesforce platform ecosystem and a track record for leveraging the platform to drive leading sales and marketing practice across a global network;

+ Using enhanced understanding of the sales process and business development, ideally in a B2B context;


+ Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors to build and deploy platform enhancements, functions and features across a global network;


+ Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and working with the business to influence how the practice innovates and engages with the marketplace to drive relevance, distinctiveness and growth;


+ Building and managing relationships across a global network with senior leadership, including effectively managing a matrixed organization;


+ Liaising, influencing (without authority), challenging effectively and building relationships at the leadership, senior management, peer group and team level;
