Summary: Who are Project Managers? We are the logistics and technical services division of the Client Services family. We are tasked with short-term projects and long-term jobs that range from multi-day to multi-year phased projects executed domestically and abroad. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and has a good grasp of art logistics and international shipping. The ideal candidate is well-versed technically, familiar with US Customs formalities and shipping procedures, articulate with clients, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, extremely well organized with strong foresight, adaptable, detail oriented. Above all, we are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys a high paced work environment. Core Function: Manage assigned project or client requests Lead on all communications specific to the project directly with client Consult Sales and Account Management team on new leads and existing projects following the Sales Deployment guidelines Utilize a consultative approach to determine technical requirements, design solutions, define dependencies, assess risks and build estimates Liaise and collaborate with internal and external resources [including third party booking and management] Inventory and Project Management System entry / data maintenance [dates, tasks, subtasks, expenses and paperwork] Manage costs and ensure projects are delivered within or on budget, subject to scope change Maintain operations, international shipping and financial compliance, as well as uphold Project Management standards Provide clear and concise directives to operating departments and third party vendors Leverage Project Team technical skill sets to enable strategic, high quality planning and delivery Provide the highest level of client experience Core Responsibilities: Strategic solutions design Project scoping and pricing Opportunity facilitation and delivery Project data and lifecycle management Experience, Skills, and Attributes 2-4 years experience in a project or shipping coordinator/manager role Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest industry advancements Proven team player with a track record of strong project coordination/management knowledge of Crozier's full suite of services Ability to work effectively in a Work From Home environment and collaboratively across several teams/departments remotely Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and proactive in problem solving Category: gja_Project/Program Management Group
