Vault is a professional services firm specializing in accounting and market research for non-profits and trade associations. We're looking for a senior-level requirements analyst that will bring exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills to work with clients and guide them through the process of turning their needs into cutting-edge software.

What you'll do:
- Develop requirements specifications for a variety of project types within the research business unit
- Work with technical leads, project leads, quality assurance, and graphic design as required to understand the requirements for project feature
- Write user stories and specifications with contextual information, acceptance criteria, visual aids, a definition of done, and thorough understanding of the underlying customer need
- Work with quality assurance personnel during UAT to document client feedback and manage change requests
- Perform basic project management tasks such as backlog management, leading Agile/Scrum ceremony meetings, preparing status reports to clients, etc.
- Effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Work closely on cross-functional teams with developers, quality assurance, graphic designers, and statistical analysts
What you should have:
- Degree in computer information systems / computer science, business, project management, or related field preferred
- At least seven years of professional requirements management experience
- Experience designing, documenting, and implementing processes and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working on cross-functional software development teams
- Experience with the Agile / Scrum software development lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
