Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a IT Business Analyst, you will monitor the integrations from/to the Concur application and troubleshoot any issues identified
• Serve as the IT SME for Concur and work with the business on any new enhancement requests and/or changes
• Develop test cases, perform Quality Assurance testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure business requirements are met prior to implementing changes in Production
• The IT Business Analyst will document all Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with client's internal controls (ITGCs)
• Assist with the performance of periodic User Access Review with business stakeholders
• Work directly with the Concur Support team on issue escalations
• Work with IT security on access issues relating to Okta and Single Sign-on (SSO)
• The IT Business Analyst will attend Release Note review calls to learn about upcoming changes and determine impact if/any to our environment
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Management Information Systems or related field of study or any equivalent combination of experience and skills
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing IT support for a corporate Travel and Expense application
• Knowledge of Travel and Expense best practices and policies required. Experience supporting Concur Travel, Expense, and P-Card modules is preferred
• Knowledge of Single Sign-on via Okta is preferred
• PeopleSoft Financials (AM, AP, GL) experience preferred, but not required
• Basic SQL experience preferred
