We are seeking a curious and mission-driven R&DScientist/Engineer to join our Environments and Infrastructure team in GoldenValley, MN or Broomfield, CO.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Implementing sample environments in support of laboratory experimentation
Performing low temperature laboratory experiments
Supporting the design and development of integrated solutions with cryogenics being a key component
Partnering with the Principal Investigator, Program Manager, and the Project Engineer for project execution

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors’s Degree in Science or Engineering
U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain government security clearance

WE VALUE

Master’s Degree in Science or Engineering
Understanding of experimental design to gather the desired data
Proven track record of working with systems investigating physical phenomena, particularly as applied to cryogenic systems
Demonstrated ability to design, analyze, operate, build, and test complex systems
Demonstrated experience with modeling, simulation tools, analytical techniques, and related fields (e.g., Matlab, Mathematica, COMSOL, SolidWorks)
Current security clearance for work on government contracts
