AP Processor
A large medical company is seeking a remote AP Specialsist to join their team!
Description:
Input invoices that are received via mail or scan
Process invoices to ensure rapid vendor payment
Reconciling vendor statements
Utilize three way matching to identify invoicing discrepancies
Analyze invoicing discrepancies and utilize critical thinking to solve invoicing issues
Correspond with vendors via email and phone to answer questions regarding outstanding invoices
Tracking weekly invoicing, processing invoices, and handle all AP consolidations
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED required
Large volume, must be detailed
Micorosft Excel
