Dodson Bros. Exterminating Company, Inc., one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the United States, is seeking applicants for the position of Customer Service Representative to join our team in your area. Our growing team of over 600 employees continues the tradition of excellence established in 1944 and proudly serves customers in seven states and the District of Columbia.
Customer service and accounting experience are preferred. Experience in the pest control industry is helpful but not required. The company provides intensive and thorough training on an ongoing basis to all employees. A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service are essential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and office personnel.
Answer calls, take precise messages and route to proper personnel
Process sales contracts, compute production for payroll, prepare bank deposits
Accurately record services rendered by service personnel
Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional work outside of normal business hours
Qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or GED
Acceptable background check
Accounting, data entry, and records management experience preferred
Proficiency with windows based software
Ability to work effectively with limited supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
