What we are looking for
NextCare Urgent Care is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and service orientated Customer Service Representative.
Location
Join our centralized Customer Service Center team in Mesa, AZ.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for
- Answering calls in a prompt & courteous manner
- Working to resolve caller questions & concerns
- Educating our patients about what services we provide
- Determining the patients’ needs by practicing excellent communication skills
- Assisting patients with their questions and guide them to the right location
- Assisting with appropriate and miscellaneous projects as assigned and able

The Customer Service Representative supports the organization with high quality customer service, by delivering a seamless, repeatable, and excellent experience to NextCare customers.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: Minimum of High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in a customer service driven environment
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, providers, team members, and management
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to procedural changes
- Cooperative and able to work well with others
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Experience:
- Call center customer service training
- Electronic medical records
- Medical call center experience
- Front and/or back medical office experience
Skills:
- Bilingual a plus
