JOB DESCRIPTION
A client in Pasadena, TX is looking to add a Commercial Analyst to their team at one of their terminal locations. The analyst will support overall sales activity, new business opportunities, and monitoring sales performance. Additional responsibilities include generating revenue reports, identifying cost savings on capital projects, running KPIs and presenting findings on bi-weekly calls, and evaluating assets and advising on best practices to increase efficiency. Additionally, the analyst will work cross functionally with internal departments such as Engineering, Finance, and Sales on creating cost estimates, identifying market trends, and new projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a financial role
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional people skills
- Understanding of Financial Modeling
- Proficient with Excel
DESIRED SKILLS
- MBA
- Understanding of DCF principles when applicable to Capital Projects
- Oil & Gas or Energy Industry Experience
