Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a large global team of both Associate Directors, their teams members and a notable number of front-line employees.
• Ability to maintain an grow interdepartmental relationships with peers and upper management.
• The ability to develop and present strong influential presentations for a wide variety of audiences.
• Leading the development of Associate Directors to improve overall personal and team performance.
• Strong knowledge of Conexus and the various domains that comprises the company's internal enterprise network and demonstrate strong skills in influencing critical needs associate with capacity management, network and security integration and application performance it's impact on the network.
• Oversees and influences budget preparation and has acute knowledge and skills of balancing mission critical business functions against various cost pressures.
• Must demonstrate the ability or has strong experience in working/influencing and leading various teams such as labs, product selection, project management, operations management, legal, labor department, finance, various provisioning, planning and designs teams.

Education: Preferred bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, Applied Science, or other Business-related degree.
