What you'll do...

Walmart InHome is a membership program that delivers fresh groceries directly into customers’ kitchen or garage fridges. We’re a scrappy, entrepreneurial team that’s obsessed with simplifying shopping and finding ways to make our customers’ lives easier. 

Walmart InHome is aggressively expanding, leaning on Walmart's massive customer base nationwide. The Business Operations Manager II will play a critical role in InHome’s home access strategy as we’re taking on the next challenge - scale. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing several home access partnerships to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

  • You are structured in your thought process and can break down large problems into smaller simpler problems. 

  • You’re someone who can execute and see things through; someone who gets things done. 

  • You have strong analytical skills to interpret insights coming from various initiatives. 

  • You showcase an ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. 

You’ll make an impact by: 

  • Manage successful home access partnerships - define success metrics of partnerships and work with cross-functional teams to meet those goals.  

  • Build cross-functional relationships – build and manage positive relationships with key partners across the org to power the business forward.  

  • Evaluate and pitch partnership opportunities – conduct research to identify key partnership opportunities and pitch to leadership for buy-in. 

  • Lead negotiations – lead contract and terms negotiations with new partners, legal, and other stakeholders.
