Job Summary - Hiring for Staff Accountants in both Tax & Assurance departments
Tax Accountants are responsible for tax return preparation, planning and research projects in conjunction with senior level members of our firm.
Assurance Accountants are responsible developing financial statements and customized plans for client research projects in conjunction with senior level members of our firm.
Responsibilities
Staff Accountant (Tax):
- Prepare individual and business tax returns
- Complete tax planning & research projects
- Assist with and conduct tax-related business advisory services
- Develop & cultivate professional client relationships
Staff Accountant (Assurance):
- Prepare financial statements
- Complete planning & research projects
- Assist with and conduct business advisory services
- Develop & cultivate professional client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license or on track to obtain license
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and computer skills
