Responsibilities
Our team of advisors work around the clock to meet the needs of customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer flexible schedules. We want to be here to support one another and our customers during peak call times including weekends.
- Be a great communicator, leading conversations with customers who engage us by phone or chat, to help resolve issues
- Be an expert on the products we service by engaging and immersing in our training programs
- Be a fierce guardian of customer privacy and data security
- Be empathetic and solution-oriented
- Be accountable by using your skills and talents as a problem-solver instead of simply following a checklist
- Be a great team player by always being present when scheduled, and adhering to regulations and procedures that safeguard the client experience
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- Sunshine attitude, we love working with happy teammates
- 0-2 years’ experience serving customers, whether in retail, restaurant or contact center environment
- Willingness to learn about credit cards and retail banking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High empathy for others
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and keen problem-solving skills
- Proficiency using computers
- Flexibility with work schedule to be there when our customers need us most
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in banking and/or credit card processes
- Experience in an inbound contact center (phone and/or chat)
