Adecco is hiring Work from Home Customer Service Representatives for Ralph Lauren in High Point, NC. Pay ranging from $13.50 - $14.00 per hour, plus available overtime. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support for questions, issues and problem resolution for both company departments and customers via phone, email, and chat Learning about all products and procedures to respond to all inquiries about the current season of merchandise featured through the client's corporate website Listening and communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and responding appropriately to their needs Confidently documenting and navigating your way through the client's website and support systems Providing recommendations, professional input, and decision making to effectively support our customers.
Requirements:
Access to reliable internet with speeds of 200 mbps or greater Access to private, isolated workspace within your home free from noise and distractions. What's in this for you?
