The contracts are regularly extended and direct opportunities are often available.
Description: Mid-Career Engineer who is familiar with Systems Engineering Best Practices (ARP 4761 or Mil-Std-882E) and has supported System Safety Analysis.
Knowledge or support of any Systems Safety Analysis such as:
System-level Functional Hazard Assessment
System Safety Assessment documents
Developing, validating, and verifying airplane-level safety requirements
Airplane level threat analyses (bird strike, rotor burst, cargo fire, tire and wheel failures, etc.)
Airplane-level common mode analysis
Remote, onsite or a combination of both? REMOTE IS AN OPTION. WOULD LIKE THEM TO COME IN POTENTIALLY ONCE A WEEK IF LOCAL.
If they aren't local to the Puget sound region;
Would prefer if they are local to worksite in the US

Company Knowledge
Systems Safety experience
Communication.
Level 3: supporting. 4-12 years of experience
Skills: Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.Due to Company education requirements please make sure all submitted candidates have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. If they do not meet this requirement, please withdraw them from consideration ASAP
