MDW Associates is seeking professionals to provide acquisition, procurement, financial, international, and foreign military sales support services for the NATA SEASPARROW Project office (NSPO) in Arlington, Virginia.

The mission of the NATO SEASPARROW Project is to provide an optimal management organization and a forum for international cooperation to effectively support the needs of Participating Governments and client Nations in acquiring, sustaining, and maintaining defense of their forces using SEASPARROW Missile variants, associated systems, and evolutions of the missile and system capabilities against today's and tomorrow's threats.


Essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:


  • Provide management support of business financial operations, cost estimation, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of NSPO Programs.
  • The contractor shall comply with PPBES cycles and support NAVSEA's Financial Management Review Board, DoN's Financial Management Board, and DoD Comptroller data calls, to oversee compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support development of the Corporate Operating Fund (COF) budget.
  • Document financial and business management operations using NAVSEA financial tools functional areas of budget, and reporting. Financial tools include Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Program Resources Integrated Solutions Management System (PRISMS), Automated Document (AUTODOC), Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS), Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), Procurement Documentation (PDOCS), Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Documentation (RDOCS), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), and Congressional Information Management System (CIMS).
  • Assist with the preparation and updating of budget documents to include, but not limited to various budget exhibits, briefings, presentations and funding documents.
  • Maintain NSPO formal Financial Policies/Directives and issue them annually.
  • Develop financial requirements including management of the SEATASK process for field activities and conversion of SEATASK into eTPS to support NAVSEA process.
  • Develop financial requirements including management of the annual field activity tasking.


Education Requirement/Required Years of Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting and 5+ years' experience in a related field


Clearance Requirements:


  • Candidates for this position must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
