Construction & Property Management Assistant

KLA Capital is looking for a Construction and Property Managment Assistant. This will be a part time position with approximate hours of Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm, but the exact schedule can be discussed and adjusted as needed. The job will consist of:

• Going to Lowes/Suppliers daily for construction site material
• Walking completed projects weekly to find/report any maintenance needed
• Post notices to properties/units as needed
• Driving to different properties daily
• Assisting with leasing showings
• Assisting with office administrative tasks such as emailing or calling back prospective tenants

All applicants will be required to have their own car but gas will be compensated in addition to the hourly rate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV 89102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
