Job Description
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a global consulting client that is looking for an experienced CRM Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data maintenance tasks
- Triage user support requests, resolve where possible and work in partnership with other team members when necessary
- Help maintain training material and user documentation
This role is 100% remote, 15-20 hours per week, for at least 4 months.
- 2+ years' prior experience with client relationship management (CRM) tools
- Working knowledge of database marketing and customer segmentation strategy
- Microsoft Dynamics preferred
