Job Description

mPulse is looking for an all-star Solution Delivery Analyst with a desire to work with Best in Class clientele in a fun, fast paced, and challenging environment. This role will work within the Solution Delivery team to deliver client solutions designed for an impressive list of Fortune 500 healthcare companies.

We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves, anything to get the job done problem solver who is looking to make an immediate impact and grow within our rapidly expanding company. Working with our internal teams, clients, and partners to support client success and growth, this role is a critical part of daily support efforts. This team works very closely with Product and Development teams, allowing for a lot of technical growth and development.

*This will be a remote position with options to work in the MN or CA office.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support in program implementation life cycle (Design, Build/Configure, Test, Launch, Support)
  • Create, monitor, and complete internal and external requests submitted through ticketing system (JIRA) and project management tools (Asana)
  • Perform data file analysis and make necessary formatting changes for purposes of loading data into mPulse databases.
  • Learn and become knowledgeable of technical capabilities within mPulse platforms to build/configure solutions
  • Follow standardized processes for handling PHI and sensitive information securely
  • Participate in internal testing sessions as well as support on client UAT calls to ensure solution configuration is functioning as expected
  • Coordinate with Engineering/Product teams for issues discovered during the testing phase of the implementation
  • Participate with internal and external teams for go-live/launch and monitor post-go live/launch to ensure program success
  • Use problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Learn to run SQL queries on various databases to assist in investigating issues and determine root cause; escalate product issues through ticketing system (JIRA)
  • Assist in pulling reports and collaborating with Account Management teams to verify data accuracy
  • Establish and document technical requirements in Solution Design Documents and use Confluence to search for resources that could be utilized as part of the configuration/solution
Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
  • Familiarity with the following systems: Confluence, JIRA (or similar ticket system), Asana (or similar project management tool)
  • Strong relationship building within company
  • Familiar with SQL or strong willingness to quickly learn
  • Highly flexible in learning innovative technologies and deploying end to end solutions quickly and iteratively
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical product requirements
Minimum Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in professional setting
  • Prior experience collaborating with technical or development teams
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and entire MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with camera facing online meetings such as Zoom or Teams

Requirements
US Citizen
2 years related experience
Experience leading and executing in an implementation process
Strong analytical skills to uncover and understand client needs
Experience with JIRA or any other ticketing system
Comfortable in prioritizing and delivering multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
Ability to understand and communicate technical product requirements
Accept a background check to be performed
Minimum Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Related Work Experience
Knowledge in: Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in: Microsoft Office
Knowledge in: SQL
