Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing global demand generation programs and a predictable, scalable demand generation engine that delivers top of funnel pipeline growth across new and existing logos.
  • Partner with field marketing and sales leadership to ensure that demand generation programs maximize engagement and conversion of target accounts in alignment with field sales priorities and BU ABX campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, business leaders, corporate communications, and sales to identify and quickly develop demand gen programs to capitalize on emerging opportunities resulting from new regulations, changing market conditions and other external considerations.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activity working closely with cross-functional teams, including in-house creative, field marketing, Channels and Alliances team and operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with assigned partners in all aspects of commercial marketing/demand gen programs, including:
  • Select media partners and other third-party demand generation providers
  • Plan and execute digital, paid social, content syndication, search, retargeting and other third-party campaigns
  • Measure and evaluate results against program targets and broader corporate goals
  • Work with marketing operations and analytics to ensure:
  • Efficient hand-off and assignment of demand generation leads to appropriate nurture programs and/or field sales teams for nurturing, qualification, and conversion
  • Complete visibility and accurate reporting of program results
  • Manage and allocate the annual demand gen budget and track program performance against the annual plan and monthly/quarterly targets. Adapt and reprioritize demand generation programs and tactics in response to evolving business/sales objectives.
  • Manage to contractual marketing obligation deadlines.
  • Manage calendar of marketing activities
  • Manage Partner Marketing SharePoint updates
  • Work with digital marketing team to keep the Partner, Carrier, e2open Carrier Marketplace, and other partner related webpages updated.
  • Assist with CONNECT User Conference sponsorships and other partner sponsorships
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualificatons and Experience:

  • 6-8+ years of B2B demand generation, field marketing and digital marketing experience; specific experience in Account-Based Marketing preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation (Salesforce + Marketo preferred)
  • Experience with an ABM/ABX platform (eg 6sense, DemandBase,) to orchestrate buyer intent-driven campaigns preferred
  • Experience leveraging content hub tools (eg Paperflite) tailored to the buyer's journey and social advocacy tools (eg Oktopost) to drive account engagement is a plus
  • Track record of consistently delivering measurable results and making data driven decisions
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and external partners
  • Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution
  • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • General office environment and responsibilities requiring:
  • Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday
  • Placing and receiving phone calls
  • Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds
  • May require occasional travel as needed
