Magnolia, Inc. and Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. and operate out of multiple locations, dispatching approximately 200 service and construction vehicles throughout the Washington and Baltimore Region.

Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company! Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced, customer service environment where a large amount of phone calls were made/taken.

Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Educate customers on the Excellent service Magnolia provides
- Engage the customer to incite loyalty
- Provide World Class Customer Service Every day
- Smile when talking to the customers
Requirements:
- Love helping Customers
- Excellent oral and written communications kills
- Motivated and energetic
- Professional composure in varying situations
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be proficient in Excel, MSWord and Outlook
