Manager Revenue Cycle (Patient Billing)
JOB SUMMARY:
Manages the technical and/or professional revenue cycle. Oversees daily operations of billing, collection and payment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously improves revenue cycle while enhancing service to patients and optimizing relationships with business partners and vendors.
- Ensures staff adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Measures and reports ongoing financial and operational performance.
- Identifies trends and implements preventive and/or recovery programs.
- Audits accounts and implements or recommends appropriate action.
- Receives and responds to special requests and resolves complex problems.

REVENUE CYCLE (ADVANCED): - Knowledge of the financial process to track patient care from registration and scheduling to the final payment of a balance.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years relevant experience
