About This Team


The Jaspersoft Revenue Operations team is a critical element of the go-to-market team for the Jaspersoft product. Sitting in the Enterprise Applications Business Unit under Cloud Software Group's brand portfolio it provides alignment between sales, marketing efforts, and customer success operations across the customer lifecycle from demandgen to renewals with a focused objective of growing revenue for the Jaspersoft product. By leveraging technology, process optimization, content and web coordination, and demandgen, nurture and lead qualification the Jaspersoft Revenue Operations team is uniquely positioned to break down silos between go to market functions acquire, accelerate and convert prospects to revenue across the funnel.

Job Description


Cloud Software Group is looking for a Web Producer to join our Enterprise Applications Business Unit. Focused on our Jaspersoft product you will help drive organic growth from our Jaspersoft product and community websites by building landing pages and publishing content, ideating and coordinating high value content creation projects and building out reporting on web analytics to identify and action improvements to our web functionality. The role reports to the senior manager of Jaspersoft revenue operations, with strong collaboration with corporate web development and value engineering.



Duties and Responsibilities




  • Maintain, update, and develop website content in our CMS (Drupal).




  • Create, monitor, and test new website pages to ensure they’re displaying properly, follow UX best practices, and provide an optimal experience across devices.




  • Collaborate with the IT/Web Development team to ideate and create new components, features, and functionality. Identify and address website and/or CMS bugs.




  • Execute SEO opportunities.




  • Help strategize content topics that will drive high value traffic.




  • Manage content creation projects, aligning with value engineering and content writers to efficiently produce high value content.




  • Resize/create images/thumbnails.




  • As needed, assist with email content creation and formatting.




  • Own web analytics & leverage Google Analytics and internal data to report on progress.




Required Experience/Skills




  • 2+ years of website content management experience, digital project work or other relevant professional experience.




  • Experience in Publishing content in Drupal.




  • Experienced in HTML5.




  • A clear understanding of effective on-page SEO tactics and ability to identify SEO opportunities.




  • Experience managing fast paced projects with many deliverables.




  • Self-directed with the ability to work collaboratively with others and under limited supervision.




  • Meticulous attention to detail.




  • Experienced in Google Analytics.





Prefer Candidates with:




  • Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator.




  • Can create professional PDFs.




  • Understanding of CSS.




  • Experience with Tag Manager.




  • Experience in BI Tools.





Education




  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, computer science or sufficient related professional experience.






Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.



General State ranges $86k-$129k (min-mix)



NYC generally ranges $99k-$149k (min-max)



CA generally ranges $103k-$155k (min-max)
