FULL_TIME
- Communicate with customers and internal associates utilizing technology and problem-solving skills
- Assists customers via phone, email and fax with inquiries including, but not limited to: tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and/or invoicing questions
- Provide support to customers through courteous and professional customer service
- Troubleshoots breakdowns in the system such as lost freight, shortages and damages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
