Calabrio's is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer role for our visionary Innovation Center Team. The person in this role will support the Innovation Center's mission to rapidly ideate, design, and build cloud beta applications that solve our customers' toughest problems. This role is a crucial contributor to the development of our unique beta app projects, and will provide high visibility and daily challenges within an extremely collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, design, deliver, and maintain beta applications and services
- Support a team of engineers through the technical portions of the software development lifecycle, including design reviews, requirements gathering, development, code reviews, testing, release, maintenance, and operations
- Perform coding, debugging, testing & troubleshooting throughout the app development process
- Evaluate and propose new technologies and technology partnerships; contributing to new and ongoing build/buy analyses and decisions
- Build and maintain expertise across all beta products, assisting others in building complimentary expertise
- Knowledge share across the organization
