Faneuil is hiring Customer Service Reps to work from home in Wichita, KS! Candidates will be required to pick up computer equipment at our site in Wichita.
Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound inquiries related to utility account questions, issues, billing and payments.
Responsibilities
- Respond to various customers billing and service-related inquiries via telephone and in writing
- Enroll new customers, offering appropriate products and services
- Offer new products and services to existing customers
- Process payments for current or outstanding balances
- Collect outstanding balances and/or negotiate appropriate payment arrangements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Dependable, accurate and detail oriented
