If so we have shifts for YOU! Pay starts from $16-17 per hour depending on experience and ability to drive clients in own car! Bonus program up to $500 in first 5 months and Employee referral bonus up to $500 per referral (limitations apply- ask at interview).

Working for us is a fabulous way to make a connection with a client and learn more about their history. Many enjoy sharing their story and like to learn more about you too! As each client is a little different, you may be asked to make their bed, cook a meal, do some laundry, run an errand or help them move from the bed to their wheelchair. These tasks are so vital to them and allow them to stay in their homes and stay independent.
Right at Home West LA assists seniors (in their home) by providing them personal care and companionship assistance. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours per day. We offer our caregivers flexible schedules including days, overnights and weekends. We offer competitive pay and a great bonus program that you'll really like. If you wish, can make a lot of extra income!
We have shifts from Canoga Park/Woodland Hills all the way down Malibu/Santa Monica and as far south as Long Beach/Redondo Beach and as far east as Inglewood/Hawthorne. Keep in mind that most of our clients are in Santa Monica/Malibu area, at this point, but we are getting more in the San Fernando Valley
Right at Home is a Home Care Organization (HCO) and is registered with the State of California. We do not require a current Home Care Aide registration to apply. If you are not registered, we will provide you with information on how to obtain the license so we can start you right away.
