Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually with bonus potential up to 10% of annual salary.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst is responsible for assisting BluSky's growing technology team to improve our Salesforce implementation by enhancing our existing integrations and workflows. This position will report to the IT Director and work with both business stakeholders and external developers to plan and execute project-based work.

Local to the Denver area preferred.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Owns and manages the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem while developing a strong understanding of any related integrations syncing data with Salesforce
  • Designs, builds, and tests scalable enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, page layouts, and more within Salesforce
  • Provides technical leadership and oversight for our Sales Cloud instance by defining standards and best practices
  • Works closely with business stakeholders and project management to define project requirements and implement solutions
  • Guides an external team of developers in translating requirements into Salesforce configuration and identifies where custom development/integration may need to occur
  • Administers and maintains Salesforce applications; makes approved changes by amending application documentation
  • Keeps up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to make recommendations to management regarding implementations and enhancements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • This role has no direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience configuring Salesforce sales cloud and/or support cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration of custom objects, workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce API's on how to integrate with 3rd party tools
  • Experience integrating and configuring Salesforce connected apps such as: Conga Sign or DocuSign
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology
  • Strong understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD
  • Understanding of peer review testing to validate functional development
  • Ability to right size level of effort for development tasks
  • Experience working with customers to build and formulate business requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience

TRAVEL:

  • Occasional travel. (Less than 25% of the time.) Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
