Remote Sr DevOps Cloud Architect

The largest, most interoperable care collaboration networks in the nation is looking for a permanent remote Senior DevOps Cloud Architect. They are going to be joining a healtcare orgaziation that is known for transforming patient care in America by providing solutions and networks that enable payers, providers, and care teams to collaborate on patients across almost the entire continuum of care.

This is a permanent position that candidates can work off a W2!!

Must Haves:

• Strong background in the design, development, maintenance, and testing of software
• 5+ years of web-based applications using Java or Python or Ruby on Rails.
• 5+ years' experience with AWS and Public Cloud Solutions/Services
• 5+ years' experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Proven Leadership experience will exceptional communication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

Plusses:

• Experience designing and maintaining relational databases on MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle relational database systems.

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Cloud Architect for a fully remote direct hire opportunity with a growing company. This person will own the vision and strategy for the backend support of 20 of the company's software products.

• This role will require a balance if hands on development/ maintenance, mentorship of Jr. team members, and over strategic direction for wholistic solutions.
• Responsibilities include designing and setting a strategic vision, creating an execution plan, completing process improvements, allocating duties across different product groups, driving the technical roadmap using SLA's, as well as acting as an escalation point for complex production issues.
• This Microservices environment includes technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, AWS, Java, and Python.
