A reputable healthcare organization in Southern Tennessee is actively seeking a Women's Services RN Director to join their leadership team! The nurse leader with a background in mother/baby care will be welcomed into the role by a supportive group of women's services staff.
This 75+ bed short term acute care hospital is prepared to offer outstanding care to patients in the surrounding communities, with services including: 24-hour emergency services and cardiac care, physical rehabilitation, inpatient and outpatient surgical services, diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine, and inpatient intensive care. This facility has earned The Joint Commission accreditation and continually recognizes their staff and leadership for excellence in patient care!
The Women's Services RN Director will be given the wonderful opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team of Charge Nurses, RN Staff, Techs, CNAs, and ancillary staff in this facility's fast-paced Labor & Delivery Unit, housing approximately 15 inpatient beds. The Women's Service Line Nurse Director will collaborate with hospital leadership including the Chief Nursing Officer CNO and Chief Medical Officer to ensure high quality patient care outcomes within all women's services units. Responsibilities will include staffing, scheduling, management of departmental budget, staff education and training, daily and long-term operations, as well as strong hands-on leadership.
