Job Description

GHR is looking for motivated and dependable Customer Service Specialists to form a new team!

Job Summary: Receive and process telephone calls for our Partner's Network on the I/S Call Center tele-management and paging system. Provide assistance when needed to other Call Center employees. Receive various types of calls: Hospital, Paging, and Answering Service. Address patient/patient family inquiries and route to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Minimum Requirements: Diploma or GED

One year of direct customer service experience

Must be able to work in a team setting, as well as interacting with other I/S personnel and Management. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and interact well with other healthcare professionals. Must have a pleasant, even disposition and be able to handle a crisis in a calm and efficient manner. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and roles, as the business needs dictate. Must be capable of taking accurate messages.

Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of call center experience

Licensure and Certifications: NA

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Multiple Shifts, variable
