Lead Test Coordinator (Business Analyst III)
Location: Hybrid 0-3 times/month if located with 50 miles of a PulsePoint Office.

This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve. This opportunity is within the Advanced Analytics and Services (AAS) group. The AAS team is responsible for High Tech Product Development to support multiple lines of services.
Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software. The primary focus is to aid in the alignment of the business end to end testing, the internal product feature acceptance testing and the technical testing plans to ensure a balance test approach.
How you will make an impact:
- Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
- Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit. Specifically focused on the test plans.
- Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
- Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
- May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
- Produce and communicate test tracking metrics for weekly leadership review.
- Partner with the business, technical test lead, and the product team to ensure the test plans are balanced. Host meetings to align test plans.
- Manage the defect backlog and make recommendations for prioritization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Experience in different Testing approaches such as performance testing, usability testing, security testing, product acceptance testing and user acceptance testing. Test Certifications a plus including ISTQB and/or ASTQB.
- Test leadership or coordination experience.
- Experience producing weekly updates for leadership.
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $66,720 to $120,096.
